Pearson Strategic Group is owned and operated by Paige Pearson, who personally performs every engagement. Paige spent a decade as a product and UX designer at software companies including BambooHR, Mavenlink/Kantata, and ArbiterSports — and was on the front line of designing and prototyping with AI, running rapid AI-assisted sessions with real users and shipping working proofs of concept. The results are concrete: she helped de-risk millions of dollars in ACH payroll transactions and cut a four-hour spreadsheet process to fifteen minutes. That pairing — human-centered design with practical AI and automation — is exactly what we bring to federal teams, and you work directly with the owner from first discovery session to final deliverable.
